Return Policy

When can I return

• We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

How to Request a Return

1. Send an email to shesclothing1972@gmail.com with the following information:

• Your Order Number
• Reason for Return
• Clear Photos of the item(s) you wish to return

2. Await Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if your return is approved.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

 

Store Credit

• Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will issue store credit for the approved item(s).
• Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it.

 

Additional Information

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and with tags still attached.
• Sale items at 10% off or more are non-refundable.
  
• Exchanges for equal value are accepted, if sizes are available.

 

• Accessories, final sale items, and orders after the 14 day period are not eligible for return or credit.
